My approach to mediation

Disputes range from straightforward (if high-value) monetary issues to complex matters on which future dealings are dependent. I will spend time to listen and understand the nature of the dispute and any underlying causes, including those of which the parties themselves may be unaware. Dialogue helps each party to understand the other’s position. Calmness and persistence are my guiding principles.
